1. Are same-day veterinary appointments available?
Same-day care is available for urgent veterinary services. Just give us a call to let us know that you are on your way. For general care, please call us to ask about availability.
2. How can I pay for my pet's appointment?
SimpleVet Pet Hospital accepts many methods of payment, including wellness plans and payment plans through trusted partners. You can find out more on our Payment Page.
3. When should I pick up my pet after a drop-off and go appointment?
If you have a specific time that you would like to pick up your pet, please let us know when you schedule a drop-off and go appointment. Otherwise, you are free to pick your pet up anytime before we close. A call ahead is appreciated so that we can have your pet ready for you.
