First, give us a call to schedule a drop-off time. When you get here, we’ll ask you to complete a form detailing why you brought your pet in. We may also require additional information, but we will discuss this with you when you call for an appointment. Once you’ve completed the necessary paperwork, you can head to work, pick your kids up from school, run errands, or tackle anything else you have on your to-do list. We will call if we need to speak with you. Otherwise, you’re free to pick your pet up anytime before we close.
We keep drop-off and go patients comfortable, safe, and happy while they await their owners’ return. To minimize stress, we tend to spread procedures out throughout the day rather than doing everything all at once. And since we aren’t trying to get everything done as quickly as possible so we can bring in another patient, we can take a break and try later if your dog or cat needs to be left alone for a while.
